Costumer service is always great lots of tool. Harbor freight had everything i needed and more.

Do not purchase from this company. This company will refuse returns for anything they want. I have never dealt with such a terrible company. My family member purchased a product that broke on them and was refused a refund. The stores can refuse a refund for any reason. I have never really purchased from them and it was an expensive lesson for my family member. That family member and all the rest will no longer purchase any products from this company. The manager at this store is rude and his employees lie. Stay away from this store especially.

So I have been buying my wife rock tumblers off Amazon and I seen harbor freight had a sale on their rock tumblers so I bought her one, and when we got it home she put rocks in it and not an hour later the motor burns up. so we took it back and got another one, got that one and now it's burning up belts and the spacers are loose and the shafts are grinding metal to metal. The two Amazon tumblers I have not had to replace or adjusts the belts since I bought them for her. I will never buy another tumbler from harbor freight save your money and buy off amazon.

I am a pretty handy gal, but I've always used my parents' tools. I wanted to surprise my husband when he came home from work by mounting our tv, so I came to HF for some tools. The online inventory and pricing is very accurate and it also shows where in the store to find your items - extremely helpful! Christopher checked me out and he was an angel! Signed me up for their free membership program (love me an online receipt bc you know a girl can't keep track of paper ones), as well as helped me get a 2 year warranty on the drill I bought. Great store, great staff!
