Great service had what I needed in stock. Glad to support a local shop that actually cares about its customers.
**REVISED**Had an initial good experience with these folks then I ordered a front axle for a 24 Sherco thinking it would solve my 22 annoyance with the 22 axle nut, spoke with Mitch 2 weeks after ordering (because factory delays) and he let me know they also changed front hub and it wasn't likely to work. I since returned the parts and I have not received a refund (3+ months later and multiple emails with Wayne/Mitch) So having to spend time refunding through PayPal/creditcard . Not the service I'd expect. **While the initial experience was great I learned a key player for this business up and left with an injury and what seems like quitting with no response- leaving the owner high and dry - at the end of the day parts were returned (UPS tracking was shared) and the owner still said he did
Mitch and Cole were both excellent to deal with. The help both provided definitely made a difference in fine tuning my bike. Couldn’t be more pleased and will definitely recommend them to everyone I know.
Mitch has been a great help with my bike, I had some issues and he's been more than helpful. These guys are knowledgeable, buy your hard parts and oems here.
Great little shop! Very knowledgeable staff and they did a FANTASTIC job servicing my KTM as well as putting on some necessary guards. The bike went in dirty and I picked it up as clean as the day I bought it. Highly recommend Hard Enduro Outfitters. Rob - Scottsdale.
