Called a day before to ensure they had the size tires I needed. Made an appointment for the next morning. My van was in the garage within 10 minutes. New tires were on within a half hour. Great service! Very reasonable price. If I lived in the area, this would be my go-to place. Highly recommend!

While visiting Aurora, NC, my husband and I found ourselves in quite a predicament and needed wrecker assistance. They were eager to help and quickly sent out their best “wench man,” Craig. The situation required a lot of critical thinking and problem-solving, and between my husband and Craig’s ingenuity, we were saved. Get burned once, you should know you'll get burned again! That's what we got for giving these guys the chances we have the last few weeks! In the last month my partner and I have brought some of our vehicles. One specifically came on two separate instances with SPECIFIC instructions up front to contact me before making repairs. BOTH times I end up receiving a call about my vehicle being done and a bill with the lame excuse that they figured I'd want it done. That incoming tag specifically states the opposite, sir. I watched her write that in all caps and highlight it to boot! The excuse was out of pocket, unacceptable, and it seems borderline predatory on customers that would seem otherwise vulnerable and unsuspecting! Called and asked for an alignment, cheaper than I expected, done in 45 minutes and my car feels great. Definitely recommend this place
