I started my purchase in April of 2025 when I rode over to test ride a 2024 CVO Road Glide, and met Stefany Madrid, sales lady, in person. First, she's gorgeous, Second, very personable. We took a ride around town, appr 30 minute ride, got to feel and how the 2024 RG felt compared to my 2018 CVO RG. It was really much lighter and nimble. I left that day w/o making a purchase as I was not ready to start another payment but told Stefany I would stay in touch. She also kept in contact with me throughout 2025 on other bikes, but told her I really wanted a Copperhead 2024 RG. Fast forward to Dec 24 and she contacted me about a 'new' 2024 CVVO Copperhead RG, bought by another rider but the deal fell through. We started talking more, sent current pics of 2018, talked on the phone, texted alot :-)

I just completed my new rider class with the Riding Academy at the Harley Davidson Dealership in Bowling Green. Herb was very passionate about the students at Riding Academy. Coaches Jake and JR were wonderful coaches both for new riders or for those who have been riding a while. The dealership managers and staff were amazing in helping get a good deal on my new bike and have a ton of accessories. Motor cloths staff makes it a fun shopping experience. Bowling Green HD was awesome, friendly and professional. They allowed me to test a sweet 2025 road glide ST CVO. As well tanner was great and showed me some nice riding in Kentucky.

There were some things we needed to work through, and she was personable, knowledgeable, patient, and professional. He answered all my questions, made the process smooth, and never made me feel pressured. The bike I purchased was bigger and heavier than what I had been use to and honestly I was scared to take off on it, Gunnar hopped on a bike and rode around the dealership with me to help me feel comfortable!.
