Harley-Davidson of Jackson

This is the nastiest harley dealership I have been too , did not get any service , they had products on the self dried up and container cracked still for sell , very unorganized, dusty products, helmets laying on the floor in open containers all scratched up for sell, I was ashamed to own a Harley-Davidson after visiting this story. Looked to still have products from the 90's with nowadays pricing , I will not visit this store ever again

Earl and the crew here have been around for years since the late 80s , it’s my kinda place it harkens back to when a bike shop was a place tho hang out and shoot the bull not some retail generic sterile environment , if you don’t like the place just tell the owner and see what he tells you . If you want to begs someone to sell you a motorcycle this is not the place for you prices are clearly marked pretty straight forward if you you are looking for a deal it’s a great place … Clothes and acc along with memorabilia from days gone past are there , I’m willing to dig around to find some old gold and hear some stories …. My husband is from the Jackson area and we have been meaning to stop at this store for some time now. Unfortunately, it was not what I was expecting. We walked in and weren’t greeted by any of the employees. In fact, we couldn’t find any employees for that matter. It was weird since with other dealerships, we are always immediately greeted. I wandered over to the clothing section to see what they had, maybe grab a local HD shirt but I honestly couldn’t find and rhyme or reason to how the clothes were organized. All sizes and types of shirt were mixed in with one another and I’m fairly sure many of the shirts here were from the last couple of decades as well, given some were faded and older styles. This is the worst Harley dealer I've ever been to. And no we are not trying to buy a bike. It's the fact that no one is friendly place is trashy clothing just thrown everywhere and dirty boxes everywhere that should be in the trash I will never come back here again Hope the next dealership we stop at is better.

Literally the worst dealership I’ve been in. this place is a horrible representation of the Bar & Shield! From the run down campers out back to the nasty recliner by the front door! Not a tshirt was folded just thrown on the shelves like a bargain basement. Not one staff member greeted us from any department. Boxes lined the walls like a hoarders living quarters. I asked for a certain poker chip and the lady working the counter wouldn’t even look at me and wouldn’t give me the one I was asking for just pulled out the one she wanted from behind the counter as if I was disrupting her!! How HD Corporate allows this I’m shocked. Drive an hour to another dealership.
