Went in for an oil change and some general maintenance questions. Very fair pricing, mechanics answered l all of my questions and were very friendly. Definitely recommend.

I went to Harley’s to get my tires installed on my new wheels, to include balancing. They did a great job, no scratches and for reasonable price. They have a professional and friendly staff too. Edit: Last time I went to Harleys(Nov.20’), I went to have them install some suspension parts which requested an alignment. After I got the car back, my wheels had some serious cuts and scuffs that weren’t there before. They offered to cover the cost of damages but the fix could not be done here and would have to be sent overseas for repairs which would have been costly in repairs, time, and convenience. After speaking with the shop that I asked to repair my wheels here in Minot, they mentioned damage to wheels is a common thing they fix from vehicles taken to Harleys. I’ll leave the four stars be

Great service, along with great communication. Took in my car quickly, which did mean they had to keep it for 1-2 days, which was okay with me if it meant faster service than waiting 1-3 weeks for a scheduled appointment. Very honest about the wait time about getting parts for my car, and was very good about keeping me updated. This experience wasn’t a one off thing, it’s been consistent with the customer service. I don’t treat my car great, honestly. But they take good care of her for my lack of it! 🥲❤️🫡

Really polite on the phone answered all my questions even if they were kinda repetitive. Very fair pricing and very honest and knowledgeable. Excited to get my car fixed here
