Harrell's Performance & Exhaust

This shop is very unprofessional and unreliable. I would honestly describe them as a family of backyard mechanics. I brought my car in feeling completely distraught, and they wrongly diagnosed my Nissan. My car was in limp mode when I dropped it off. The person who was there told me that replacing the catalytic converter would fix my “limp mode” problem. However, after a week of my car being at their shop, I drove just 5 miles down the road and my car immediately went back into limp mode. I returned my car the following morning. After spending $1,036 at this shop, I naturally assumed the person who worked on my car would at least recheck the work he did. He didn’t.
