Used them a couple times but won’t be back again. Took my vehicle in for an issue, got a call in the afternoon saying it was “good to go”. Annoyed they didn’t call before to give a quote or to tell me what is wrong with it until I asked. Went to go pick it up after hours and battery was dead; After getting it started in the sub-zero weather, the gas light was on and read 0 miles to the gallon. Dropped it off with 1/4 tank, receive it completely empty. Called the next day to ask if they could put some gas back in there to make it to gas station; They said it was dropped off that way, and there’s no one there to do anything. The car isn’t good to go when you use all the gas to make it go, especially during the winter deep freeze. Then to say there’s nothing they can do and it was brough

Jason has done quite a bit of work on multiple vehicles I’ve owned over the years, as well as for my girlfriend and family. I couldn’t say enough great things, the Harrington’s are friendly, good people, but the service is always fast, affordable, reliable... and most of all HONEST. Anytime something goes wrong, I give Jason a shout, and I know he’ll give me an honest opinion, rather than the other shops who try to up sell or make unnecessary repairs. Do yourself a favor and give him a call, very professional and knowledgeable!

Did what I paid him to do and did it well. Don't expect them to go above and beyond! Was asked to perform a front end inspection. So I could get a front end alignment from him the following week. I picked the truck up 15 mins from close with all the shop closed down. I asked if he checked the front end out and he simply replied "no". Not impressed. I will be taking my front end alignment elsewhere.

Always treated fairly by Jayson and Randy. They have the cleanest and most comfortable men's room in the tri-villages area (Brown City/Capac/Yale. Be sure to ask about their Family Discount program. If you bring donuts from the Yale Bakery you might make yourself eligible for an upgrade.
