I’ve been a customer for going on 20 years. The diagnostics, service and repairs have consistently been first rate. It can be hard to find an independent expert on European makes. Phil + team have always delivered. “Enter as a customer, leave as friends”.

My vehicle was towed off the street by PPA while it was in this shop’s possession. I was billed several thousand dollars for the issues my vehicle was experiencing, in addition to having to pay PPA fees to have it released. After incurring these costs, I was only offered a minor “complimentary” wheel alignment. I also had a pair of wheels replaced with a new set that I personally purchased. Upon retrieving my vehicle, I found the old wheels placed directly on my red seats, resulting in damage to the interior. Additionally, a diagnostic video of my vehicle was posted on the shop’s Instagram account; however, two weeks later I received a call stating that the work was only then scheduled to begin. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle—despite calling ahead—it was not located at their garage

My experience was phenomenal, Mr. Harris is the real deal when it comes to knowledge of cars. I arrived at his shop after seeing videos of his work on social media.. I was having problems with my shifter lever on my 2006 Mercedes Benz S430, Mr Harris and his family staff and team of mechanics quickly made my experience one for books . This is what you expect when you take your car in for repairs. Nice kind and knowledgeable people to take care of you.

Can’t say enough about this shop. I manage a new car dealership and know what it takes to run a service dept it’s transparency and quality of work , price is not the number one priority . I had my S63 Mercedes in their shop for an oil leak and the knowledge and honesty of Phil jr. was far superior to the Mercedes dealer that has been working on my car. The repair was completed quick and with all OEM parts and will only bring my car to Harris Automotive, I live 2 miles from Mercedes Benz of Cherry Hill and will always make the drive to Harris Automotive. I live about an hour away from their shop. However based on the reviews and videos on their facebook account , I decided to bring my old 2010 volvo xc90 to them. Basically 3 other locals (including pepboys) couldn't fix it. They fixed it at a very reasonable price: high IQ, high integrity..well done.
