Harrison Ford Inc Service

Had the truck in for extended warranty work. Deductible was 200 dollars to replace front wheel bearings. Dealership tried upselling me $6000 worth of parts. When I refused, they broke the rotors removing them, and then told me I had to pay for them. WAS a loyal customer for all required services, oil change "the Works" for over 15 years. NO MORE. After telling me the parts they recommend i replace before they do the warranty because we usually brake them removing them, I had enough. Ill find another mechanic...no thanks Harrison Ford Wellington.

If you don't want to read the whole review, just know you will be taken care of great! My dog and I were visiting Ohio from Louisville, KY. I was driving my 2014 F350 dually towing my fifth wheel camper. Sitting at a stop light in Oberlin my check engine light came on. I searched for Ford dealer near me and Harrison Ford popped up. I called and spoke with Phil. He said they were booked up but understood that I needed to get back on the road and said he would take a look at it in the morning if I could be there first thing. I explained I had my dog with me and didn't feel comfortable leaving her back in the camper. He assured me that she was welcome to come along. Amanda did a wonderful job. Love the fact that my car is picked up and delivered back. Everyone who has worked on my car has explained everything and done great work. Thank you all stress free.

Purchased tires, service writer suggested a better fit for my truck. Tires are quiet for having a more aggressive tread than the ones one the truck. Very happy with overall experience.

Service advisor Amanda does a wonderful job forced. She's keep us up the date of what's going on. Arranges freddie, things that need to be done that came up unexpectedly, and all in all is an excellent employ.And a great persever for customer service
