Harr's Auto Glass

I had an excellent experience with Harr’s Auto Glass and couldn’t recommend them more. They replaced and recalibrated the windshield on my 2024 Toyota 4Runner, and the work was flawless from start to finish. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and easy to work with. They handled everything smoothly with Progressive Insurance, which made the entire process stress-free. On top of that, they went above and beyond by offering me a ride when I needed to leave my vehicle, something you don’t see often and really appreciate. Outstanding workmanship, great customer service, and thoughtful touches that make a big difference. I’ll definitely be recommending Harr’s Auto Glass to anyone who needs auto glass work done.

I had my windshield replaced in April 2025. I thought at the time they did a good job. I noticed on Dec 9th I had a stress fracture in my windshield from the install . I looked my windshield over at that time and there were no signs of a rock hitting my shield. I had takin a photo at that time. The fracture was only about 6” long. I called harrs and they wanted a time when I was showing up so someone would be there. I show up and the worker told me to wait in the waiting area and he would out. I waited a few minutes then he comes in from the outside of the building to get me. He leads me to my car. I was getting ready to show him where the fracture was but when I looked down there was a very noticeable divot in my windshield and the fracture went completely across the bottom that was not t

yeah the customer service sucks. was a few days ago but the woman that answered the phone needs to find a different profession if shes gonna talk to people like shes gotta problem 24/7. didnt catch her name i can assume who it was bc im not the first person to deal with it with this place after some asking around. i asked a simple question and right off the bat she was extremely rude and sounded like i was just bothering her, dont work in customer service if you can’t provide someone the PROFESSIONAL helpful service. i deserved the same respect i was giving. get it together honestly its embarrassing not being able to respond in a professional manner. in the future your not gonna run into someone as nice as i was :) .

My front windshield cracked and Harr's Auto Glass gave me an appointment quickly and the price was very reasonable (including AAA discount). I brought my car to their shop, and they had it replaced quickly. I would definitely recommend people to use Harr's Auto Glass.

Fast, reasonable and super friendly. Great experience and I would highly recommend them! They did exactly what they said they would, on exactly the timeline they promised. Car looks great and I was on the road again quick.
