While traveling from Philadelphia to Tennessee, my Kia Soul started experiencing problems making it barely drivable. Bert and his crew here took exceptionally great care of me and was able to quickly diagnose and repair the issue in a timely matter, getting me back on the road to head to a family member's wedding. It's a shame that I don't live close by because they would have easily become my preferred mechanic. I would highly recommend Hart Motors service to anyone living in this area.

Stopped by needing a transmission filter for my 2015 Suburban and they had it. Parts department was quick and efficient and I am so glad to work with them. Much better than the other big dealers in town. I really love how Hart is true to the brand and good to people. Thanks

2024 I took my SUV there cause the dashboard lights flashing on and off Losses power . They has my for 8 days and said they could not find anything wrong with my car. pickup. driving home lights flashing again. video it on way home. Took it back to HART'S repair shop and had it for 3 1/2 weeks. I ext J.B. customer service. And text back found another solution ?? NEVER called me to tell me what or any details on what they are doing. I don't approved any cause never was told anything about the repair. Got call to pick up my car. COST me $784.00...drive it for1 day nothing happened, 3rd day. lights flashing on and off Losses power car locking and unlocked while driving and steering wheel LOCKS up while driving. Now can't drive it at all. They Took it back then called me wanting to try somet

If I could give them a lower rating I would. We had an appointment this morning at 10:45 for an inspection. I picked up my spouse who we could shop while we waited. He called at 1:00 to see if it was ready and told it would be at 2:00. I dropped him off at 1:45 and they still had not taken it in. Horrible service department.
