We came in today with the intention of purchasing the Volkswagen buzz , I can’t believe the rudeness of the Older gray haired salesman seated to the left when you walk in , completely brushed us off Like he couldn’t be bothered. Needless to say, we will be taking our business to executive Volkswagen North Haven. They were so much more polite.

I went in on President Day looking for a car I saw online and to my surprise it was still there. I was agreed with a friendly smile. I met Angel Salinas was great and very friendly and knowledgeable. I told him my budget and he took the time to help me find what I needed. I'm happy with my choice. The paperwork was fast and easy. Thanks to Stephen in the finance department. I enjoyed every minute and they made me feel like family. Buying a car can be stressful but here at Harte I didnt feel pressure thank you again. I would gave you a 10 stars . The deal is not the deal. Great guys! Loved the sales guy, business manager and finance manager. What they are directed to do is not entirely kosher. fast and lose with the paperwork. no I don't want the ceramic and interior package - it shows up in the final deal - Oh but you signed off on it - no I did not! The rest of my experience is pretty much the same. Guys! I hope you stay out of jail! Really. Someone is going to sue you or go to the attorney general. It WILL happen. For my part... I came in underwater on a previous car loan, good credit but weak, you got me the vehicle I wanted. Thanks for that! But the sleaze was un-wanted not needed. We worked with Robert to purchase a used car for our son. Robert was awesome! We did most of the work electronically using email and texts and the team worked to send documents to our son to sign as he was out of town. The price on-line was the price we paid. We picked up the car and it took only 10 minutes! Nicely done Robert and the Harte Used Car Super Center team.

My son just got his license so I searched thru Carfax for a specific make and model we liked. A lot of dealers had 1 but Harte had 5 with 5 more on the way. The prices on these were better than all others and most had very low mileage. Stopped by picked out the perfect one (salesman Franco lead me to it)and the I put a deposit down. He promised a few things and delivered on every one. Exchanged texts twice and brought a very excited 16 year old to take delivery 48 hours later. Time spent in dealership doing paperwork and showing car features .... 30 min. Did I get the extended warranty ... yep .... no up sell or pressure .... its just damn cheap. My wife may abandon the lease merry go round and get her next car here. Franco made the whole experience both laid back and transparent.
