I had a great experience with Al at Hartland Oil Change. Al was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure my vehicle was taken care of quickly and efficiently. The service was honest, smooth, and stress-free. It’s refreshing to find someone who truly cares about customer service.

Hartland Oil Change saved me when the dealership was closed! Oil change and tire rotation done quickly with no wait, and great price! The shop was clean and everyone was polite. Great inexpensive alternative to the dealer.

The service rep. asked if I wanted to do a coolant flush and quoted me $99.99, in which I responded that we could do it the next time I come. They went ahead and did it anyway or at least they said they did. I looked up the time needed to do one which is usually between 30 minutes to an hour but I wasn't there for more than 30 minutes. But then they also over charged me $149.99 for the service which I didn't see until I got the receipt. They also charge an extra $19.99 for oil filters which most oil change places include in the price of the oil change. I recommend steering clear of this place!!

Fast and reasonably priced services. I have been coming here for 10 years some of that under different ownership. Honest assessments without being pushy. My wife and I both get the same level of service too.
