Harts Towing

I had a great experience with Harts Towing today. They pulled my box truck out of the snow and did an amazing job. The driver was very nice, patient, and professional, he made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. Their service was extremely convenient, and I was able to pay over the phone with a card or through a link, which saved time. They responded quickly and arrived in about 20 minutes. Truly excellent service, highly recommended!!!!

From one small business to another, we couldn’t be more grateful. When one of our trucks got stuck in a driveway, they showed up within 20 minutes, quickly assessed the situation, and had the truck pulled out in no time. Very good price, professional, efficient, and reliable service. Highly recommend.

Called and spoke to someone to get a quote to unlock a vehicle. Spoke to someone on the phone and was provided a very reasonable price. I let them know that I would need to call right back, But I would indeed be calling back. I called back within 10 minutes and was immediately put through to voicemail. I left a voicemail anticipating a call back after about an hour. I tried again and was again sent to voicemail. At this point, it’s now been about seven hours without a callback. Although I don’t anticipate they stop what they are doing to assist me immediately, at minimum I would atleast anticipate a call back. One star for reliability, added one more for the reasonable cost. Found another which, responsive, reasonably priced local option.

These guys were excellent, they gave me multiple calls saying where they were. The tow truck driver was extremely courteous and jovial, he set me at ease with the whole process! All in all a great company!
