We highly recommend Roger for any and all RV repairs. We are seniors who are new to the world of camping. We purchased an older camper (2008 31ft with slide outs) so several repairs were needed; things we just didn’t know how to do and upgrades we wanted. Roger has been so good to explain everything to us. We have used him several times in the past few months and have been so happy with his work. He is very knowledgeable about everything in the RV. He has repaired our Fridge, changed out Thermostat, installed new LED lights, repaired bathroom fan, installed fan over the bed, repaired leaky areas, resealed roof where necessary, and provided many helpful suggestions. Roger was an amazing find. We are fairly new to the RV world and had some battery/Converter issues with our Airstream. We actually never met Roger in person, but his communication skills and RV knowledge was second to none. Great to see good service still exists. Would recommend him to anyone, and will.

Roger was very responsive, professional, kind, efficient and pricing was great! I left him a message and within 5 minutes he called me back to figure out what I needed for work. Within 10 minutes of that call ending I had a text with pricing that included a breakdown of parts and labor. He showed up on time, got straight to work replacing my hot water heater and also fixed an electrical Issue I was having. He charged me for the exact amount of time it took, no hidden fees and he hauled away the old heater as a favor. I will definitely be calling him for my camper needs in the future. We had an issue with our air conditioning on a camping trip during the hottest week of the summer. When we called camping world where we purchased the camper it was going to be weeks before we could get it fixed. I found Roger's business online and I'm glad I did. He came out within a week to my house which is a considerable distance. He determined what the issue was and was up front with his recommendations. Roger was very nice enough to make phone calls on our behalf as I had purchased an extended warranty on the camper and he took care of everything that was needed.
