Hatchers Repair

I was halfway through a 6 1/2 hour drive and had an antifreeze leak. I was stuck by myself in a town I’d never been in. Being a Saturday lots of places weren’t open, but these guys were, and boy were they great! They came out of their way to the Walmart parking lot to help me in the 20 degree weather, right before a huge storm was supposed to be coming in! In what was only a few minutes over 2 hours, the problem was dealt with and subsequent issues too! They got me back on the road and I made it the rest of the trip with no issues! I can’t express how grateful I am that they were there when I needed it!

Traveling from out of town. This guy was fantastic. He had us back up and running in the same day. Reasonable price. Very kind people. Even drove us back and forth so we weren't stranded.

Great guy, great mechanic, great shop. When the starter quit on my 7.3 power stroke and left me in a bind I called the first garage that came up on my google search fortunately, for me it was hatchers. The shop was 3 miles from me it was a Sunday afternoon, he answered my call and gave me instructions to bring the truck to his garage and Park it right in front of the garage door and that he would fix it first thing in the morning and he did. He also gave me a fair price. I would recommend to anyone and will be back for more service work on my truck when needed as long as I’m in WV!
