Jeremy was extremely professional when I brought my car in to determine the source of a specific noise. He took the time to listen to me explain what I was hearing before inspecting my car. That put me at ease since many mechanics tend to take advantage of women. He accurately identified the problem, explained the issue in terms I could understand without making me feel stupid, and fixed the problem. He did not try to sell me anything extra like most mechanics do. I believe he was very reasonable. I wholeheartedly recommend him to everyone, especially women, to visit Jeremy at Hatten Auto Repair in Pearl. You won't be disappointed or feel like you are being taking advantage of.

I was out of state, expected in another state later that afternoon, and in a bind with an engine light on and knowing no one! Spark plugs and coil packs! Autozone, then Jeremy Hatten’s diagnosed it, took me in at 7:30am, unexpectedly, and I was on the road again by 8am! Cannot thank you enough Jeremy!! Reasonable, honest people right there!!
