I was extremely impressed by the efficiency of service provision plus the professionalism, knowledge and courteous interactions with those employed there- first I needed to determine why my car would not start despite using jumper cables. I had my car towed to their lot after I asked them if they could check my Honda CRV and determine the cause of the problem, which they did on Monday morning. They then called to let me know what they found and to ask if I wanted them to take care of it, which I did. I was able to pick it up soon after that call. More recently my car was making funny sounds when I drove it. They agreed to look at it again and quickly identified the problem- the lug nuts on a front wheel were coming off! What an Amazing service! Had some bolts come loose on my vehicle that I couldn't fix. Called them yesterday morning and they said Thursday would be the earliest to get me in, but I could go ahead and drop it off. We dropped it yesterday morning and by 2:45 it was done!! Also, it was a lot cheaper than I had expected! Thank you Darrell and your service team! We will be back!

I want to say a big THANKS to the staff at Haukes. I was told by my car dealership service department I was in need of back breaks. Yes... Back breaks on a newer 2022. Well. Ok... 2 months later... I finally find time to take the vehicle in for maintenance. And guess what.. that's right.... The Wonderful, honest staff at Haukes explained I have 40% left in the back breaks. Thanks so much for being the type of company that is honest and looks out for the costumer. I truly appreciate you!!!

My cousin was traveling on July 3, experienced car trouble. They were exceptionally courteous to her, found her problem and had her back on the road in about 20 minutes. Thank God for good people. Highly recommend this service center.

Super nice staff! I was in town for work and took a company vehicle in to get a tire patched and found out the brakes were in really bad shape. The techs and the service writer didn’t pressure me to get them fixed then and there. The repair estimate was reasonable and ended up being a couple hundred bucks cheaper than the auto shop my employer used. Can’t speak to the quality of mechanical repairs but the staff all seem genuine.
