I would give them zero stars if I could. They charge a“document fee”. They don’t listen to you. They are a husband and wife team and they don’t communicate with each other . They are way too pushy. I came so close to buying a car from them but gave up because of their rudeness. They offer zero history on the car. Proceed with caution ! In my 68 years of life I have never been called dishonest or mean spirited. They did hold the car for a week but 5 days of that was because the owner broke the window switch and wouldn’t sell it until he repaired it. I offered him a $4,000.00 cash deposit but he said that he didn’t want it. I told them that I was at my camp until Tuesday on two occasions but they said that I was lying! Just baught a Kia sorento here John was very polite so was his wife he made the purchase very easy. Did the paperwork we drove of in our new car. His cars are very well taken care of clean frames and interiors. Great car body car runs great very happy

Over the years I have bought several used cars from Hawk Motors. One for myself and two for my son. I have found that John goes thru each vehicle and checks them thoroughly before putting them on display on his lot. I have never had a problem with any of these cars. They have always lasted and ran well. I have sent several people to John and they also felt well taken care of with the cars they purchased. It is hard to find a used car dealer today that you can trust . Hawk Motors is the place I send people to over and over again because they earned my trust!!!!!!!!!

Would I go back to Hawk Motors to buy another car? The answer is yes. I bought a Saab from them almost 5 years ago. It still looks brand new inside and out and every feature of the car still works fine. All I have done is regular maintenance and have been very pleased with my purchase. Never mind that I'm so pleased with my Saab, more importantly, John and Debbie are honest and proud to serve the people that have patronized their business over the last 25 years. I recently purchased a PT Cruiser from Hawk Motors and wanted to thank them for all their help and patience with me. I also purchased a Ford Explorer a few years ago from John and it is still running great! I would definitely refer Hawk Motors to family and friends when purchasing a used car.
