Originally took a car here after a collision with a deer. It took almost 4 months for them to get the car in, which is understandable due to the delay in supplies from COVID. After picking the car up the first time there was something obviously wrong with the brakes. Took the car back to them and was told that they are a body shop not a mechanic and there was nothing they would do. An unrelated incident resulted in the car being taken to another shop where a multitude of issues with their work were found. Took the car back to them and tried to explain the situation and was told that they have the "best techs in the game and there was no way they made any mistakes." If your starter fails you go get another starter, problem fixed. Mechanicals either work or they don't - Body work is not that simple.
