Hawk's Auto Repair

Only been to Hawk's twice, but both experiences have been very good. Both times they were able to address my issues and get my vehicle fixed that day, and they were friendly and professional. Being a farmer, we have numerous older vehicles in the family, and I intend to go back to Hawk's.

From the first phone call I could tell this is a one of a kind business. They listen to your concerns, provide support and resolutions in such a speedy, professional and courteous manner. I look forward to taking all my vehicles here and sharing with everyone I know. So thankful there is good, honest mechanics around. Top Notch.

I almost cannot believe that I finally found a repair shop that is not only honest, but also very fast at diagnosing the problems I was having and were very knowledgeable in a solution for me. I was traveling in the area for work, 270 miles away from home and had some errors pop up on my 2021 Mazda. I couldnt even drive it more than 10mph, it wouldnt allow me to, it was in "limp mode". I was less than 2 miles away from Hawks. I called, and told me how close they were and I got there, not quickly because of the limp mode, but I got in there and the guy at the front desk was super nice and didnt waste any time getting a technician on checking out my car. They got me back on the road in less than 30 minutes, I am still in shock that I did not get ripped off. Never have I ever felt good about

I was on a road trip from Asheville NC to VT when my van overheated. I nursed in a long for a bit but the next morning it started running rough too and the engine light came on. I was at Hawk's before they opened. They were able to take a look at it first thing, give me an estimate and complete the job by early afternoon! The price seemed reasonable for a new water pump, thermostat, a spark generator and plugs. That's a pretty big job to finish in short order! My motor has never been this clean (photo was after driving a day). It's running like a charm and I'll be making it to the camp I'm working at on time thanks to their amazing service.
