Hawthorne Service Center

I am only giving a 1 start review because they don’t do zero starts. I went to this place with my friends and the worker was extremely rude to him after we just asked what we have to pay, and how long the wait time will be. The worker said “ YOU GOT A PROBLEM? “ , we were shocked as to why he being so rude, regardless my friend said no because we wanted the car fixed. But he got out of the car and told us to go somewhere else. The worst costumer service I have ever seen.

Extremely rude people. I went to fix a flat the guy just took my keys without even saying a word , when I asked about the price and how long it would take. He got mad and said what you in a rush for, I told him just wondering how long I will have to wait, he came back out of the car and told me to take my car somewhere else . You can go here if you want to be disrespected and thrown out.

Strongly recommend. Extremely sincere and trustworthy place to go for car service and repairs. I always get an honest opinion and great workmanship at Hawthorne.

I don’t know about the people giving 1 star reviews but every time I go to Hawthorne Service Center I always get amazing service from the owner.

Excellent repairs, reasonable prices... Owner John is honest and straight forward. Getting so popular appointments may be a week or so out. Worth the wait!!!!
