⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 I had a great experience with Hayes Automotive! After receiving a frustrating $5,000 quote elsewhere for a used transmission with 92k miles on it, I called Hayes in hopes of finding a better option and I’m so glad I did. They immediately found me a used transmission for $3,000, but unfortunately, it turned out to be cracked. Instead of causing delays or excuses, they quickly located a practically new, remanufactured transmission for an amazing deal and got right to work. They installed the transmission the same day they received it, and by the next day, I got a call saying everything was done. i been going to them for ten years. I payed them 300 hundred to put my brakes on an I still have a mest up break pedal I no thay didn't bleed the lines I wonder if they put on new brakes I'ma going to have some one look at it. I don't drive much so I should have a better pedal than that even with the brakes not bleed I Ben going there for ten years next time I'll go ells wair they put on shock's on two other vehicles I use to have an one defective shock on each vehicle I paid them lots of money over ten years not no more

I've taken my Chevy traverse here now for a few different things. The first one was right after an accident I had my car towed there not knowing if they could fix it or not and they got it fixed SAME DAY! I also was just there for a sensor replacement for my traction control and stabililink. I was driving it home and my lights popped back on.. I called them they told me to bring it back and fixed it within another 20mins. These guys are absolutely amazing! They also gave me advice regarding my alignment issues that I've been having! Very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional! HIGHLY recommend!! They're definitely my go to!

(09 Saturn Vue). Phil and Tom are great guys and honest mechanics. I had my brakes done elsewhere, and what a fiasco. Had a noise going over bumps right after having the back brakes done. I took the car back was told the shocks needed replaced.Looked online and found Hayes Automotive. They had high reviews. Took it in and, Tom found that the rear brake pad hardware was missing. The rotor retention bolt was broken and the rear brake caliper bracket bolts wasn’t properly torqued. I paid a lot to the previous shop. Tom took care of the issue without charging another arm and a leg. I WILL NEVER TAKE MY CAR TO ANYONE, BUT HAYES AUTOMOTIVE EVER AGAIN!!!
