To anyone that can READ!!!! do not take your vehicle to thsi guy...he had my car a tota; of 18 days to fix my AC. ihad to take the car back to him on 4 separate times and paid him 800$. now thahere is addisitinal problems with my car which i never had before. THIS GUY IS A CRACKER JACK MECHANIC!!!!!!!!!!

My vehicle was here from May 2-June 6th for a transmission replacement. Throughout this time period, communication was severely lacking. I was called ONCE with an update; the rest of the time I had to reach out to get any information. After receiving my vehicle, I had to pull off and stop to get oil because my oil was practically empty and I was getting a “hot oil” alert on my dash. The only upside to this experience was that the shop works with Proguard warranty and I only had to pay my deductible. But that’s because of my warranty company, not because of the shop lol. I rented a U-Haul from Mr. Hayes look at my statement, It seems as if I was charged twice so my first step was to go up there and speak with someone. Mr. Hayes cleared everything up without any hesitation, come to find out I was reading it wrong. It was just a hold from U-Haul. I thought I was gonna go there and be faced with difficulties since it was a mechanic shop. Oh was I wrong!!! it was smooth and he was so polite, professional, and helpful. Thank you guys so much.

We do not steal cars when someone leaves their car here for over a year and does not contact us or we are unable to contact them the law says we can process the car have it removed it from our property this is what happen with to person that posted we stoled his car. Also the post that says we stoled his cats off his car told us to replace them with new cats and after we replaced them he came to the shop at 12:30 am at night with a spare key and took his car without paying his bill and then also had his girlfriend post we messed up her car but we never saw her and never worked on her car.
