I’ve never experienced such a laid back, no pressure type dealership like Hayes. I got a great deal on my 2025 Ram 2500 Laramie and D-Bone and Mike were awesome to work with. Hayes was over 3 hour drive but well worth it and will be at the top of my list for future purchases.

He was professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and had the calmest, most reassuring demeanor throughout the process. We came in knowing exactly what we wanted, and he made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. I am someone who loathes this entire process, but Thomas did his best to make it as fast and painless as possible. ******Terrible Service — Technician Was a Complete Clown***** Took my vehicle to Hayes Chrysler Dodge Jeep of Lawrenceville for a recall repair with a scheduled appointment, thinking it would be handled professionally. What a joke. Over 5 HOURS later — for a job that should’ve been straightforward — I finally get my car back, only to find dirty, greasy fingerprints all over my cream interior. Absolutely disgusting. There’s zero excuse for that level of disrespect for someone’s property. And if that wasn’t enough, my backup camera, which was working perfectly before, is now completely non-functional.
