Hayles Towing & Recovery

My daughter’s car broke down on I55 tonight in rush hour traffic. We called Hayles to help us tow her car, not knowing really what is wrong with it. Blake showed up quickly. He was very kind & professional. In a stressful situation, he made us feel comfortable & safe. Thank you for taking care of us tonight! I highly recommend!

I was in a car crash back in September And was told my Clinton PD that I would be allowed to get my personal items out of the car. Pictures of my kids, my dogs items, my daughter favorite stuff is, court papers and divorce papers. When I called I was told I was going to have to pay 468 to get items out of my vehicle. I was taken to the hospital by emergency services or else I would have gotten it myself. I am extremely disappointed. I really hope your employees enjoyed the items out of my car as everyone knows they are allowed to go through it before they scrap it.

Awful service. Rude. Bad business. It’s 2026 and they only take cash. Didn’t even bother to try to explain anything. Getting information was like pulling teeth. I know tow truck companies don’t have a great reputation for good customer service but this was by far the worst I’ve ever dealt with

I get that a towing company probably has to deal with a lot of angry and frustrated people but that doesn't give them the right to that people badly even before the say anything. Virtually non existent sign and lot is a disgrace...full of pit holes and mud.
