Hazel Dell Car Wash

Took my RAM 2500 here prior to listing it for sale. It's a BIG vehicle and they charged me $79 for a hands-on interior and exterior cleanup. When I thought the work was almost done, one of the team told me it wasn't quite right and he was going to put it through the wash cycle again, which he did. Looked even shinier and more spit-polished the second time around. I'd recommend this place for those in-between needs -- far easier and more professional than a self-service carwash and far less expensive than a car detailing appointment.

I generally never leave negative reviews. I Got my car washed here for the second time, this is how my vehicle was left. I came back to talk to management and ran into the owner I asked her if she would come over and take a look at my vehicle she wouldn’t give me the time of day and asked her manager to come over and look at it. I am a small business owner and would definitely never treat a customer this way. I will definitely be looking for someone else to wash my vehicle.

I thought this was a full service car wash. Big mistake. I had to drive the car threw myself.. so little soap it didn't take the dirt off a man with a wet mop ran across the front window and then with 2 dirty towels to dry it. Still rain spots and now oil from the towels.

I've been going to this place for quite a while. Ever since Fox bought it, it's definitely gone downhill. With higher prices. Cars come out dirty, they get hung up inside, the upper roller is not properly set up properly. Last straw was today. Took my Jeep in to get it washed, driver side came out marginally decent. Passenger side, was real easy to see it was done at a car wash. Most of the dirt was left on it. Got home, called Fox car Wash told them what was going on. The manager said there's nothing that they can do about it. So I will cancel the remainder of my free car washes, and I will never bring my vehicles to get washed at this place. I will also tell as many people as I can how I was treated by the manager.

Really nice wash with a great crew, making your car shine! The reason for 4 stars is the vacuums started out good then litterly went to 0 suction so I wasted a couple bucks on that. Overall, it's not a bad spot, though, and I will definitely return to check out the the full service!
