I have a 1994 Buick LeSabre that I have had for 30 years. I needed a part for the steering column that Buick/GM no longer made. But Hazen Motor Company did and I will be forever grateful. I now know where to go to find more parts! Barb worked double duty helping me get the part. I miss small town kindness living near Houston Texas.

Alice and Kim were awesome! Alice with her kindness and excellent customer service and Kim with his 40 years experience in automotive mechanics. You see, another local mechanic made my Jeep un-drivable. Ten months and five other mechanics around the country looked at my Jeep, to no avail. Kim took the time to go over the list of parts replaced, researched the problem and even brainstormed with other colleague. Thank you other colleague. Now, I am able to drive my Jeep 65 mph with no fear. You have my sincerest gratitude and loyalty.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The technician was knowledgeable and quickly addressed the issues with my Cadillac. They even had homemade cookies while you wait.

Very professional business. Completed my repairs in a timely manner and their futher inspections found a few more serious items needing repair. Very happy with my experience.
