Excellent experience working with the team at HB Legends. Everyone I interacted with was professional, responsive, and clearly committed to making the process smooth from start to finish. The staff was communicative throughout the repair timeline, and I appreciated how organized and courteous they were during both drop-off and pickup. You can tell they take pride in their work and care about customer satisfaction. It’s refreshing to work with a smaller shop that delivers on professionalism and treats you like a person rather than a number. It was a pleasure to do business with this wonderful auto body shop. They are extremely professional, knowledgable, talented and bottom line treat a repair job like they own the vehicle. I was surprised to pick up my car and find that they went above and beyond my expectations and touched up other areas that needed buffing out. All this for such a fair reasonable price. This autobody shop is the best kept secret in Charlottesville. They did the first repair job after my car was rear ended, and they did excellent work -- very efficient, reasonable pricing, a pleasure to interact with. They even vacuumed the inside of my car (it needed it!). Today I asked them to help with another small issue, and they took care of it while I waited. I just can't say enough great things about this shop!

After someone hit my truck and their insurance putting us through the ringer with rental time limits and supplement denials HB legends went above and beyond to help us with the claim and even took care of some of the cost that AllState was trying to hold us responsible for (& not the person at fault) The work done on our truck and the way they have handled customer service has been top tier! I would recommend working with Cody and the owner, Eric to anyone that is in need of repairs any day!
