Avoid this shop!!!!!!!!!!!Took my truck in for an oil leak they told me where it was leaking and I told them to fix it. I get my truck back and it was leaking oil everywhere under my truck. I’d say they just guessed where it was leaking and replaced a part which cost me $1600 and I don’t even think it was leaking from there. Then I take my truck back and they say it’s leaking for a new spot and they replace the part and it’s still leaking oil. I take it back to them again for the 3rd time and they say it’s leaking in another spot now. This time it’s another $1000 to fix it. All in all I wouldn’t recommend this shop id go somewhere else. Amazing experience from start to finish. My service advisor Tommy was on top of the questions needed to get them in the right direction. Repairs were made in a very timely manner and when other issues were found that could be repaired at the time of this repair easier than later they reached out and explained it in a way anybody could understand. Customer service is top tier here and I personally feel like each experience is tailored to each customer. This shop is reliable and stands behind their work. This is my second time using them for repairs but will be using them for all vehicle related needs from now on.

These guys are amazing. They are straight to the point and have a wide variety inspection (WITH PICTURES) that tells you everything that's wrong with the engine at a glance. They take your issues seriously and they treat you as an equal and not going to try to pull some stupid scam and tell you some made up part. Combined with their fleet of rentals (a bit hit or miss based on what's happening with the car) you will always at least have a ride home. The price is reasonable for the work and it's about 50-100$ more than a smaller shop but that's for the warranty of the service so if you decide to have a long trip and something happens to that part after you just fixed it, then they got you covered. This was my first experience at HCS Auto. i had been looking for a new auto shop due to poor experiences at other businesses. I could not have been more pleased with how I was treated from the moment I walked in. My service advisor, Nick was incredibly helpful in suggesting the best direction to go with what I needed done. He was very communicative through the entire process and continually offered to get me a courtesy ride if I needed it. He explained to me what they were doing and why and always asked if I was in agreement before moving forward. They have a nice area to work if you need to while you wait. Clean bathroom. Snacks, drinks - FRESH BAKED COOKIES! The whole experience was great and they have definitely earned our business.

Nick was our service manager. He communicated consistently with updates and was direct, but kind. He was never pushy about any of the solutions. This August, our Mazda CX-9 lost power on the freeway and wouldn’t accelerate. Nick came and picked us up in a rental, since we had young kids in the car. He drove our car on limp-mode to HCS and let us go in the rental. They did not rush into a diagnosis, because the car would go in and out of limp-mode. They found the most likely cause after full due diligence and completed necessary repairs, while completing a routine tune-up as well. The prices were reasonable for the work and we felt confident in our car after we picked it up. 3 months later and the car is running well.
