From Quote to pick up Chris and Albert at HDS were phenomenal!! Chris quoted us $1000 less than 3 other shops. Then on top of that he replaced the entire AC system during his personal time so that we could still travel next week for Thanksgiving. Thank you Chris. We know now where to take our vehicles that’s for sure.

I came to this shop previously through a family recommendation and had a generally positive impression at first. However, my recent experience was very disappointing. I was originally quoted $3,450 for an evaporator core replacement. When I called back later to schedule the repair and confirm that the estimate was still valid, I was told the price had increased to $6,500, which honestly left me in shock. Because of that sudden change, I decided to get a second opinion. I took my truck to ATS – Automotive Technology Solutions, where they performed another diagnostic. They determined that the issue was actually a leaking condenser, and that my evaporator core was completely fine. The total cost for the correct repair came out to $1,400. Making an appointment was easy. They gave me a quote ahead of time and were ready when I came in. After the tech did a few tests of the car, they delivered the news...the cost would be LESS than the estimate! I was in and out in less than 60 minutes, and my car is running great. A/C is blowing nice & cold. I will definitely be back!

Their rates are fair and reasonable, especially considering the quality of work the peace of mind they provide. It’s rare to find a shop that combines expertise with honesty, but this one does exactly that. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them, as they were recommended by a friend.
