HEADLIGHT FACTORY

Scam artist. Buyer beware. They sell defective parts. When I started a return on E-Bay, Headlight factory offered a $180.00 refund. When I received refund , it was for $18.00. Again they are SCAM ARTISTS FROM THE START. They are not afraid to commit fraud.

Bunch a thiefs payed 1300 for two headlights and never ever received them and called them and asked for refund but Lawrence kept giving me excuses and saying they are going bankrupt than said that he is not the boss but he is the scammer(owner). Its been over 1 year an half and still haven’t seen my money i dont know how they still in business And dont get foolee by the couple good reviews they are family and friends giving them good reviews

This company is a total scam. For weeks I have been promised a headlight and when I finally got a headlights, it was broken and also the wrong headlight. They have promised to return phone calls and never once called me back. They have promised refunds and never once refunded anything. Don't buy from these people. You will regret it like I did.

Drove from san diego to los Angeles for a part. When I got thre t by said oops its damaged. Wasted 6 hours of my life driving and 60$ of gas. Very unprofessional and there is no where to park for at least a quarter mile.

I am trying to reach out to Lawrence but he is never available or there when we call, does not return my phone calls, does not return my emails either. I really need to speak to Lawrence but he is dodging the communications. Can someone please reach out to us!
