I had a great experience at Headquarter Toyota’s service department. I went in for a tire rotation and oil change, and everything was handled efficiently and professionally. They also informed me that my front and rear windshield wipers, as well as my engine air filter and cabin filter, needed to be replaced. What I really appreciated was that they provided video for proof. It gave me peace of mind knowing I wasn’t just being told something without seeing it myself. Transparency like that builds trust. Leny Navarro I called Mr. Navarro as I was driving to my doctor’s Appoit because the temperature needle was marking Hot, I was in the highway and I didn’t know what to do. To my surprise Mr. Navarro stayed on the phone with me until I reached Publix parking lot. Guide me informing me what to do and eventually since nothing helped, he sent me a tow truck from Head Quater Toyota to pick my van and me. He called me several times to make sure I arrived safe and had already requested an Uber for me upon my arrival in Head Quater Toyota. Mr. Emilio waited for me and made sure I got in the Uber safe. Mr. Navarro even called when to be sure I got home safe. I didn’t expect such a personal care and genuine concern for my safety. My family and I thank you for caring beyond your duties. I thank you
