Fantastic work done here. After shopping around at several other locations, I decided to come to Headway because of the incredible customer service, experience, and professionalism displayed with my initial estimate. Throughout the process, I received continuous updates on progress and estimated completion time. I was pleasantly surprised to pick up my car much sooner than what was initially estimated, and was blown away by the quality of work my vehicle received — it looks brand new. Special shoutout to Kayleigh and Savannah for absolute clarity during this process and easily winning over a customer with very high standards.

From start to finish, I received the best customer service! Kali, Victoria, Savannah, and the rest of the team were all amazing. From my very first interaction, I knew I was in the right place. I received regular text updates throughout the week, so I never had to wonder about the progress of my car. When I did call and left a message, my call was returned promptly. When I picked up my car, it was absolutely beautiful — the repair was flawless, and it had been cleaned and shined like new. I arrived close to closing time, and Kali even told me she would have waited if I didn’t make it in time. Just picked up my vehicle from headway with a rear end and storm damage, Savannah and Charlie put it back to how it was before like new again. I would highly recommend them for anyone needing auto repair and paint. As a consumer, I have heard from others it is hard to get a perfect color match from factory but I beg to differ with these guys. Amazing work headway and thank you again!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I took my car in for what I thought would be a simple small dent repair, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The work itself was excellent—you’d never know there was ever any damage. What really stood out, though, was how far they went to make sure I was completely satisfied. The staff was professional, honest, and took the time to explain everything. They treated my car like it was their own and didn’t rush the job. It’s rare these days to find a body shop that not only does great work but truly cares about the customer experience.
