Angela is an outstanding Service Manager who truly goes above and beyond. She is professional, knowledgeable, and always takes the time to listen and make sure everything is handled correctly. Her communication is excellent, and she makes the entire service process smooth and stress-free. You can tell she genuinely cares about her work and the people she helps. I highly recommend her to anyone needing service!

I came in for a service, fully expecting the usual dealership experience — long wait times, minimal updates, and feeling like just another ticket in the system. But this time was completely different. From the moment I arrived, Tony communicated clearly and consistently about the entire process. Tony at Healey Hyundai Service is the only person I trust with my car. He was recommended to me a couple years ago by trusted friends and to this day I talk about how it’s the best recommendation I’ve ever received. Tony is obviously deeply knowledgeable on all things automobile, and he is also generous in sharing his knowledge, while acting in integrity. I always feel like I’ve learned something after leaving, I haven’t been upsold, and my car is in better condition than when we arrived. Fun fact, back in May I was in the market for a new car and ended up buying through Healey Hyundai solely because I had access to a trustworthy opinion right around the corner. I would recommend Healey Hyundai Service (but especially Tony) for your car/truck/SUV servicing needs!

I visited Healey Hyundai last week with a friend and had such a great experience thanks to Angela F, the assistant service manager. She went above and beyond — did her research for me, found some super great deals, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always had a nice smile. Customer service like this is hard to find — I highly recommend asking for Angela if you go in!

The staff in the service department was wonderful. Listened to all of my concerns very patiently and were attentive to any of my needs. I would give all of them 6 stars if possible! However, my issue was NOT fixed in any way (after getting it back in with the mechanics), and after leaving my vehicle twice. I tried to explain what we believe needed to be done (my husband has been a mechanic for 51 years and we owned our own business for that entire time, so he DOES know what he’s talking about). Corporate, however, thought differently, and nothing was fixed. It is the coldest winter we have had in a few years and I do not have heat. I have a 2024 vehicle….should not have this issue.
