This business is above the rest, I would rate the hem at one of the best . You're usually afraid of auto repair men but they , by far , take care of business. I refer them too anyone who needs work done to their cars.

This dude not only was supposed to have my truck done last Thursday but told me rudely today that he would call me. Then he threw a fit cuz I wanted extra stuff done. He has lost a good customer and I will tell everyone not to go there

Will not recommend or return. Had immediate need for help when my only vehicle was towed in. It took four days for service (install of alternator only) to be rendered. I was charged for a new alternator, told it was a new alternator, and it died in four days. Returned for a replacement. Owner did not disclose that the second one installed was a remanufactured one. (I have signed documentation from different staff to prove it's a reman, which I learned only after asking for confirmation that it was new.) He also denied me the opportunity to supply my own new part after I'd been quoted better than his price by the auto parts supply chain in town---which is the same place he bought his refurb from, probably wholesale. Before install of the second alternator, the owner dismissed the knowledge

We've used Heartland for years and had many different issues fixed. They're honest, get the job done quickly, and are affordable. We appreciate them so much!

Had our '04 F150 towed to Heartland based on good reviews. Heartland diagnosed and replaced alternator earlier than expected for a fair price. Trustworthy. Would use Heartland again.
