Heartland Estates 55+ Lifestyle Community

The park looks great. It is well maintained and management is always doing things to make our life more enjoyable AND safer. COVID has been difficult especially since we have a FEW people that are part time residents and believers in non compliance to community rules. They should move. Then we could give the park 6 stars. Out of almost 300 homes, please do not believe 3 of them with attitudes.

Wonderful community feel, it's like the "Cheers" of 55+ living. So many fun activities, the pool & clubhouse are beautiful!!

We love walking around the park and meeting residents who are good for a smile. ~~~~~ MANAGEMENT. Our management focuses on the important things in our lives: (a) Arranged for COVID-19 vaccination for all on-site, over-55 residents; (b) puts words into action by creating specially appropriate rules and regulations for an over-55 community, and (c) equally importantly, enforces these *safety-for-all-residents* req

We have lived here for almost 24 years. There have been some changes in ownership but no bad changes. The current manager is awesome. Always willing to listen to anything you want to tell him. Always helpful with all of the awesome activities we have. If we want to discuss something during his day off, he will open the office for you. The park is kept in pristine condition due to the great maintenance crew that we have, The pool is always clean and the grass is always cut along with trimming and edging they do. This is one of the greatest parks we have lived in. Close to shopping, entertainment and Disney. Try it, you'll like it!

Great park to live in. As with all parks we do have some issues with some residents as you can read in the reviews. To be honest all parks have some issues, however, I believe in our beautiful park. Pool is beautiful, our guys and gal who maintain our lawns do an outstanding job. Most of our residents participate and volunteer in recreational activities. We are close to shopping and to restaurants. 20 minutes from Disney.
