I actually learned of Heath's Automotive from someone who was looking for a recommendation for a mechanic in the Ring app. I glanced at the responses, and Heath's was one of them. Turning to Google to find out more, I started reading the reviews, and they were all very positive. I was experiencing AC issues with a car, so I decided to try them out. Roy's shop was my third attempt to get a diagnosis and estimate - after the dealer and another local shop. His estimate was far more reasonable than the others, and he did not recommend additional work for the repair, which the local shop was pushing. Heath’s Automotive is hands down the best experience I’ve ever had in the auto industry. Roy is incredibly friendly, thorough, and takes the time to patiently explain everything. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing right by his customers. He’s by far the most honest mechanic I’ve ever encountered, with very fair pricing. On my last visit, the issue wasn’t completely resolved to his standards—so he didn’t charge me for the part or labor. That kind of integrity is absolutely unheard of these days! Roy and Heath’s Automotive are a rare find. I 100% recommend them to everyone I know. If you’re looking for trustworthy, high-quality service, this is the place.

I've been taking my cars to Roy at Heath's Automotive for about 5 years now. His business was recommended to me, and I have since recommended him to many others because of his stellar service and honesty. I can trust Roy to only suggest work that actually needs to be done and then do it right at a reasonable price.
