Was able to call them 30 minutes before they closed. They immediately offered help and promptly asked for more information. Within 10 minutes they drove out to me and they were able to get me a new tire and I was able to go home. I highly recommend this place if you’re from the South Haven area. Great people!! Terrific little shop. Had a tire issue - took their mechanic about two minutes to spot it. I had a full-sized spare and was back out the door in about 20 minutes for under a hundred. I'd looked about ten times and not spotted the problem but he saw it as soon as he put the car up.

Absolutely horrible customer service bought some used tires understanding that they’re used and they’re NOT going to be perfect. Come out three weeks later. My tire is flat realized Both tires are dry rotted in and out Should I have checked before I left the shop? Yes, that’s my fault but I put my trust in a Business to give me a decent set of tires understanding that they won’t be perfect, but dry rot is different than no tread I came back to ask if they would make it right and give me a decent set of used tires that aren’t dry rotted And they wouldn’t make their mistake right and wanted me to pay AGAIN, whether they are used or not there has to be a quality standard. I should’ve checked yes because I would not have let them put those on my truck but people that handle tires all day shoul

Worst place ever, save yourself the headache and extra money, got tire rod, ball joint, upper and lower, only to have to find out my bottom ball joint was never changed and had to pay another shop to do the work
