We've experienced our share of body shops over the years, but have used Derek exclusively for the last decade. He's super responsive and reasonable. He responds within a day (max - usually faster). He does flawless work. Derek also gives us options up front for different levels of repair and what to expect with how it will look in the end depending on what we picked. He's good at describing the process and why the costs would be different. He doesn't rush us and wants to make sure we're always well informed. Highly recommended.

I had a large dent in the back of my truck through someone hitting and running. I contacted a few other places before finally contacting Heavy D's. When I got on the phone to Derek he was patient and thorough. I never felt rushed and I never found as if someone was trying to sell me their services. He was informative and really took time to go through the whole process with me. Prices for work was reasonable and they accomplished it within the time period we set. Furthermore Derek and his brother dropped my car to the airport so that we could have a ride for the kids when they got home after our vacation. I don't think I could have asked for better service. Incidentally the paint job they did was flawless. I was grateful to have my truck back in one piece!

Quick, quality work. Got my Acura back in great shape in no time. Very reasonably priced. These guys will be my first call next time I need something done on my vehicles.

Derik did a great job painting and putting on fender flares on my F250. He also sanded out some rock chips, painted and put on some chip guard that looks great. Would definitely recommend him especially if you don't have a cookie cutter project.

I can't tell you how thankful I am for Derik and his crew. They were very professional and help me fight for the proper repair of my vehicle.
