Called this morning to ask about getting a new wheel for our grapple loader. The guy who answered was very friendly and helpful. Recommended I get it from another business so he didn't have to up-charge me for it. Honesty like that is rare in this day and age. He may have lost out of a few bucks for sending me elsewhere, but I'll make it up to them with business in the future. Thanks guys!

I called the guys at Heavy Duty Tire about my 39 foot class A diesel pusher motorhome with a bad valve stem, of course on the inner dual on the rear. He said bring it on in and they would take care of it. Pulled into the lot and they were waiting for me. Had it fixed in less than five minutes. Great service!!!! Thanks guys!!!

I had to have a tire patched due to a nail embedded in my rear tire. These guys were quick, friendly and efficient. The waiting room and bathroom were clean. We use HD Tire a lot to service our tires at work. They are my go-to for anything tire related.

I worked with Ashley out of the West Palm branch and Roger at the Tampa branch to get 3 sets of tires foam filled and they made the process seamless! They were very helpful, knowledgeable and quick to answer all of my questions. We had the tires needed filled dropped off and back within a week. Very happy with the process and will be doing business here going forward!
