I took my BMW x3 to Hector auto repair. And my first impression was the place is so nice and clean, also customer service is very professional. the work done on my vehicle was the gasket cover and other minor issues. the work performed was great and solved in a mannerly time and I will definitely recommend Hector's auto repair to you friends and family 💯%...Thank you so much..

Unprofessional, the billing for the services performed on the vehicles is unclear. Personally, I don't recommend them; they don't provide any evidence of replaced parts or even proof of the service they are charging you for. In a reputable workshop, this is clearly defined with a diagnosis followed by the repair. In my case, if my car had had a camera, I would have realized that what they actually did wasn't reflected in the bill.

They reasonable and do a good job and it don't take long and they communicate with u with everything that goes on with your car and they are very nice

I was very pleased with the outcome of my vehicle at that time , I am hoping to return as soon as I get a chance for them to do what I need done. I would recommend this shop any time.
