We will always return to Heffe’s. Monro destroyed my vehicle to the point I thought it would never drive again. Jeff gave my vehicle new life. It went to Monro for an exhaust and suspension repair. It came out worse with a failing transfer case, damaged CV axles and many other issues including damage to our ABS. Jeff saved the day. We will always return!
Jeff did a great job undercoating both of our cars with fluid film. Did the work very promptly while I took a walk up into nearby pisgah park. Enjoyed meeting the shop dog Bruno also.
After Monro in Keene caused significant damage to our Exhaust system and o2 sensor, Heffe’s came through and repaired it by replacing the entire part we wanted in the first place! We can’t thank him enough for saving the day. There’s still some parts that failed that Monro installed that will be replaced at a later time but we’re coming back. We also love and appreciate their dedication and support of first responders! By far the best experience with a shop we have ever had! Highly recommended!
Fantastic job! I usually dread getting my jeep undercoated because of past sloppy jobs! Totally impressed! Jeep was spotless! I highly recommend! Very nice & friendly! See you next year for sure!
Sent my car in for an undercoating and some steering work while there Jeff found a worn out cv axle and replaced it without a problem. Fast and simple would go back and recommend to any looking for a mechanic that isn't out to rob you and keep you and your family safe
