I’ve been going to Heffner for years now and he’s honestly the best. Has never let any of my vehicles down. He is great. I refuse to go anywhere else but here. Great place and great guy!!!

I drive 35 minutes to get my oil changed here. Why? Because everything they do at Hefner Automotive has the client's best interest at heart. This is the type of business I WANT to support. They have never steered me wrong (literally). American-made or an import--they know what they are doing. A dealer tried to charge me $149 to replace a headlight I couldn't reach. Hefner did it in a minute. Appreciate this place and the work they put in to keep my family and I safe while on the road.

Great experience! My car is getting old and I had problems with the air-conditioning. It was getting to be a serious concern for me, because I am taking care of my 93 year-old mother, for an indefinite amount of time. Taking her to her many doctor appointments was very worrisome on the hot summer days. The staff at Heffner's are great! They had the problem fixed quickly and at a very reasonable price! They are THE BEST!!!

Attention single ladies! If you’re afraid of getting scammed, have NO fear, go HERE!! Excellent service!! Went in for state inspection, knowing that I would need at least two tires. Sure enough they found and let me look at the problems, the tires had dangerous cracks and cords showing! Very honest and professional service! Changed my oil, full inspection, 28 point courtesy inspection ( checked fluid levels and battery!) AND very fast and efficient service! I feel safe to be on the road again!! AND did I mention extremely fair prices!!! Definitely found my permanent auto mechanics shop!! Thank you Heffner’s!!

I have been a customer for a few years now and Dale and his team are the best. He is super nice and friendly and always very accommodating. I would never take my vehicle anywhere else. Thank you Mr. Heffner. You guys are great!
