I realized my car needed a new battery after trying to start it in the morning. I had enough juice to get me to a parts store but they told me I needed it to be programmed. I quickly googled a mechanic near me and found Heights Autohaus and called asking if they could fit me in. They told me they could have it ready for pickup later in the day, but since I had my 4 month old with me with no way of getting home they told me to come right away and they would have it ready within 45 minutes. They were EXCEPTIONAL. Danny got my new battery installed and programmed within 30 minutes. While we were waiting we were talking with the manager who was so kind and turned on Santa toys to try to entertain my son. They don't specialize in German cars. They are basic mechanics. Stan has been decent to me in the past but his management skills have declined. The other kid who's a manager, well im surprised he works there. They went to fix my struts/shocks and said my car was solid. Well, they did and also threw in an alignment, I just had to...pay up front (young manager) who spoke to the owner after Stan quoted me 2000 but the kid manager quoted me over 4000. Well, the owner approved 1900 after I rejected 3500, and 2750. Sketchy. I know. Its worse than when i brought it in, things were now bemt after i was told it was solid. They called and told me there was one crack in the rear windshield too. When I arrived it was two cracks, weird again. Oddly enough it wasn't there before. I used to swear by this

I had a very disappointing experience with Autohaus in Houston. I brought my car in to replace the brakes because the warning light was on. There was no noise before the service. The moment I picked up my car, it started making noise. I had to bring it back four different times, and each visit I was given a different explanation. The final excuse was that the noise was coming from the brakes they “didn’t replace” and that it was just a coincidence. That explanation made no sense. When I asked for a refund, they raised their voices and were rude instead of taking responsibility. I felt dismissed and not taken seriously. Their attitude changed completely once there was an issue. I would not return and would not recommend this shop.

Took my 2018 jeep wrangler in for a thermostat and radiator replacement. Got it done same day at a great price. One of the parts ended up being defective and broke, so took it back in and it was fully covered under the warranty. Also was fixed same day. Thank you Trey for your help.

Great shop! I suspected the battery in my Porsche was low and causing issues. The team at Heights Autohaus was able to run some tests and confirm this was the issue and replace the battery all within about 1.5 hours to get me back on my way. Thanks!
