I was gifted a 2015 Jeep Patriot which I am so very grateful for. However I have had multiple issues. We got the car from Hellens Garage in Uxbridge, Ma. They said there was no issues with it yet that was false. The second week i had the car my check engine light came on and it was for a cylinder 3 misfire. I brought it back to them and they did a coil pack and spark plugs. My light turned off. Then a week later my car started over heating severely. I went back to them to get it looked at and fixed. They said it was a crack down my water pump and wanted to charge me $500. I said no i just got the car from you so they only charged me $300. Two weeks later my check engine light was on once again for a cylinder 3 misfire. Went back. Said it might have been a faulty coil so just switched them

So I was a steady customer oil inspection rotation Dodge Ram. Last April manager told me about a special 500 bucks pull all tires clean replaced pads srings if needed. Week ago went in oil plug rear tire had them check muffler leak inform me clamp rotten told me he had to order from dealer ok made appointment for Tuesday called on Monday make sure he ordered well got there Thursday kid new nothing about it well owner came in asked me if that was my Truck said he wanted to show me I need all rotors pad left front axle tear in rubber.?? Manager show up he the kid Denide any special.??? Do you have paper work owner ask well not likely still manager said I don't remember any 500 special owner even said pads are original walk out went home didn't think I kept paper work but it did. 500 bucks r
