My husband and I traded in our 2015 Honda CR-V (that we’d put many miles on, but still LOVED & weren’t sure we wanted to trade in) for a top-of-the-line 2021 gently used Honda Pilot & we feel like we got a great deal & were treated so well by our salesman, Justin Greenwell! It’s only been about a week & we’ve absolutely fallen in love with the Pilot! If it weren’t for Justin’s great service & understanding we might not have made the decision to go for the new-to-us vehicle. Plus, I’ve had several questions since the sale & Justin has been really helpful in answering them. I would highly recommend doing business with him! This was my first time in about 15 years purchasing a vehicle from Heller Motors. Both my mom and I have had terrible experiences here in the last. However, I reached out to Justin Greenwell because I have been looking for a 1-Touch Jeep for years. I finally found one on their website and it was a fresh trade-in. Justin reached out to El Paso immediately and put a hold on it so it couldn't be sold. Justin kept me updated every step of the way while the vehicle was going through service. I'm not always the easiest person to work with as I've been working in some aspect of the automotive industry for several years. Justin was so beyond patient and understanding throughout everything. I would hands down buy a vehicle from him again. I absolutely LOVE my Jeep and it wouldn't have been possible

My husband and I had been looking for the perfect vehicle for me that would have enough room to accommodate our blended family. We were able to find one through an outside website, and my husband called on it right away to get a little more information. It took us a little bit to gain the financing, but we were able to hold the 2021 Expedition with a deposit. We do not live in Illinois, so we were able to get it shipped to our home. We were unaware that the vehicle had to first travel from Canada to Illinois, so it took a little bit more time than we had hoped to get the vehicle into our possession, but that was not really a huge deal. We were going to wait to post a review about our purchase with Heller Motors but we got tired of waiting! We are out of state buyers. We bought a 2022 Ram 5500 from them on 11/10/2025 it was delivered on 11/13/2025. When the truck was delivered I drove it up our driveway put it in park and knew right away that something was wrong with the truck! It was running extremely rough. We immediately called Heller and told them there was something wrong with the truck. Now when we were negotiating the truck purchase, the salesman said the truck ran great nothing wrong with it and it had been through their service department!! We got off the phone with Heller and called our local Dodge dealer. Made an appointment for 11/18/2025 at 9:30am. We received a call from our local dealership at 11:00am. The
