Hello Kia of Valencia Service

We took our car in for routine service and they did a good job, but they forgot to reset the “change oil” warning message. Called and emailed service department hoping for quick message back on how to get rid of the notification, but I never heard back from them. YouTube was more helpful.

Really nice dealership. Just bought my 2nd Kia last week. The sales staff were professional, informative, no pressure sales and very accommodating in trying to find just the car I was looking for. This dealership is like no other one I've been to and worth the drive time. They are closed on Sundays.... So be aware... I like that their staff gets one day off to rest and be with family. I took it out to go hiking and it held 3 of us with more room to spare probably 4 people would be perfect and adding a 5th can be done, but would be a little tight in the Sportage, but I love my Kia Sportage AWD...

Getting the car was easy. After that it’s been a terrible experience. Lack of communication from any kind of management. Between my car having issue & then not having a mechanic on the weekends. To trying to speak with management and get a email. It’s been a terrible experience. Would not suggest going here UNLESS you live in the area and you can actually go up there.

Had problems at another Kia dealer service department to the point I did not trust them to touch my brand new vehicle anymore. Described to this service department that a charging port no longer worked after the other dealer installed a tow hitch. They said "no problem, we can fix it under your factory warranty". They said the soonest they could get me on was a month later. After waiting a month I show up to the appointment and they tell me from reading the notes from when I made the appointment (proof they knew the circumstances and told me warranty would fix it anyways) that it would be out of pocket for me! I've been listing to my kids flight over who gets to use the working charging port for a month only to have this happen.

Love it here. Bought my car last year through Hello Auto Group. Had the best purchasing experience. My car started acting funny and AC was blowing out hot air since May. It got fixed here at no cost to me because of the warranty. I am beyond happy with the service. Special thank you Alexandra, her sisters, and to my service tech, think his name was Izy.
