Customer Alert - Probably the worst refund experience I've had in recent memory. After receiving an approved RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and returning a pair of boots that were no longer needed using their preferred shipping method, Helmet House has kept my money (over $300) and has only issued empty promises via email about my refund despite the fact that three weeks (21 days) have now elapsed since returning the item. If you're considering a purchase from Helmet House, think twice. Perhaps buying through one of their affiliated dealers would be a better option. I wish I had.

Thank you Danielle for being able to solve the issue with my helmet, after no one else was able to. I had sent them my RF1400 for repair under warranty, and after several failed attempts from Helmet House to fix it, and scratching my helmet in the process, I was sent a replacement helmet with all the correct accessories thanks to Danielle's professionalism and dedication. The process had been extremely tedious, and lengthy, but finally I got a replacement helmet. Danielle's handling of my warranty claim made me change my opinion about Helmet House! I decided to buy a second helmet, in case one is out, I can still ride. I got a second Shoei helmet!

I made my purchase with this company. Finally bought a real helmet. Not proud to say this, but I’ve never invested in a really good top shelf premium helmet. I decided on the SHOEI RJ Platinum F. My goodness what a nice helmet. I placed the order via website on a Sunday, free shipping, arrived at house on Wednesday. Pretty awesome. Thanks Helmet House

Motorcycle gloves are joke. They will take returns if you pay shipping plus $10 restock fee. Make sure you get the right size.
